Kilkenny House is a medium size 18th century farmhouse, situated in the heart of La Manche countryside, Normandy, yet close to the historic towns of Saint-Lô, Coutance and Carentan and a stone’s throw from the Normandy landing beaches.
Kilkenny House is situated on the D900 between Saint-Lo and Périers in Le Mesnil-Eury.
Guests stay in our comfortable and spacious double bedrooms, two of which are not en suite but the shower room is adjacent to both rooms
(€ 45). Our third room, new for 2009, is a very spacious en suite room with tea and coffee making facilities, television and sitting area, with its own entrance apart from the main house (€ 65).
Evening meals are available at € 17,50 per person, including wine.
Just let us know if you have any special dietary requirements.
Continental breakfast is served in our dinning room which is inclusive of the room rate. If you wish a full Irish breakfast can be provided at a small extra charge.
The owners Gerry from Kilkenny Ireland and Jimmy from London are a very relaxed couple with friendly and outgoing personalities.
They will provide you with an excellent base for your stay in Normandy.

Kilkenny House is een middelgrote, 18de eeuwse boerenwoning, gelegen in het hart van het platteland van La Manche, Normandië, op korte afstand van de historische steden Saint-Lô, Coutance en Carentan en op een steenworp afstand van de Normandische invasiekusten.
Kilkenny House ligt langs de verbindingsweg D900 tussen Saint-Lô en Périers in Le Mesnil-Eury.
Gasten verblijven in onze comfortabele, ruime tweepersoons slaapkamers. De twee slaapkamers hebben de beschikking over een gezamenlijke badkamer met douche (€ 45).
Onze derde kamer, nieuw in 2009, is een zeer ruime
en suite-kamer met koffie- en theefaciliteiten, televisie, zithoek en heeft een eigen ingang (€ 65).
Wij bieden de mogelijkheid om ’s avonds te dineren, € 17,50 per persoon inclusief wijn. Laat het ons weten als u speciale dieetwensen heeft.
In onze eetkamer serveren wij onze gasten een ontbijt;
dit is bij de overnachtingsprijs inbegrepen. Tegen een kleine meerprijs verzorgen wij een echt Iers ontbijt.
De eigenaren, Gerry uit Kilkenny Ierland en Jimmy uit Londen, zijn een ontspannen stel met een vriendelijke en spontane persoonlijkheid. Zij zullen zorgen voor een stevige basis voor een prachtig verblijf in Normandië.
